In this episode, I talk about my love of spiral-bound notebooks, making lists, estimating how long it takes to do things, setting priorities, being realistic, and using the 4 D’s.
The Four D’s are delete, delay, delegate, and diminish. Some would call them a “life hack.” They help me spend my time wisely.
Although I love the topic of time management, I struggle to get everything done. When I read Time Management from the Inside Out by Julie Morgenstern in 2008, I learned the 4 D’s (among other strategies), and my time management skills improved! What a difference 15 years makes! With consistent practice, I struggle less now.
⏰ I hope this episode helps you with time management!

I love Walmart’s Exceed®, college-ruled, spiral-bound notebooks. The paper is extra thick!
